The CALLIFREEZE ® measures the change of water into ice crystals in your products, providing an absolute value in real-time of the "level-of-frozenness" (e.g. 96%). The CALLIFREEZE ® is the first inline freezing sensor which uses non-ionizing and nondestructive measurement techniques to monitor and optimize your freezing processes. Our hygienic designs and IP66 compatibility makes our freezing sensor ideal to monitor your food processes. The CALLIFREEZE ® can be used to evaluate both individual products and layer of products including meat, fish, vegetables and potato-based products such as fries.
