The CALLIFREEZE ® the first industrial device in its kind which measures the change of water into ice crystals in your products, providing an absolute value in real-time of the "Level-Of-Frozenness" (e.g. 96%).  Our hygienic designs and IP66 rating makes our freezing sensor ideal to monitor your food processes inline. The system is compatible with the industrial standards allowing you to integrate the system in new or existing equipment. The CALLIFREEZE ® can be used to evaluate individual products including meat, fish, vegetables and potato-based products.
